Blades support spreme use feeling and whch are made by DP forged with Flowing mist from 37 layers.We generously used real forged material to realize the most high level cutting tool and it made true supreme sharpness like the space with real blade finish which is done by selected professional workman. |
We discussed with chefs so many times to perfectly realize his dreaming handle shape. We sublimed it to top level knife with easy grip and control function which chef required. It has top presence with it's own grip which is combined tornade grip for Tojiro series.
Combination area between blade and handle is special form to support various grip.Tojiro well knows professional own grip so that we could combine streamline and easy use on high level with elegant design. |
