A Definitive Edition for HACCP Criteria

6 colors of handle make it possible to switch knives depending on person who is in charge. Or the colors help you to recognize the knives for vegetable, meat and so on.
Also it has ergonomic handle shape and superior sharpness. The basic function and qualities are very high, in addition, the price range is reasonable to purchase many pieces.
Employed molybdenum vanadium steel for blades that are used for scalpel. It is possible to sterilize by boiling and has corrosion resistance. Of course it has superior sharpness. We promise that "Tojiro Color" series support your HACCP activities.
Compatible with Reducing Physical Stress and Easiness to Grip
6 colors handle, the biggest feature of this series, employed elastomeric resin handle with antibacterial finishing. It offers an excellent tactile impression and you feel as if a knife clung to your palm. Because the heat resistant temperature of elastomer is 140℃, sterilization by boiling is also possible. (however, please do not put it in a ultraviolet sterilization box for a long time or do not keep soaking with a chemical for a long time.
It makes the degradation of resin much faster.)
Also because this structure does not have any chink, crack or connection part just like wooden handle, it prevents bacteria from spreading and sterilizing in boiling water is possible, which is very hygienic.
The handle designed based on ergonomics was started developing from taking shapes of women’s hands by clay. This handle lowers your physical stress.

Tojiro Color molybdenum vanadium steel salmon blade is also available. Foods won’t stick on the blade because of the dimples.
