Even if Santoku and Chef knife are almighty, there still are some kind of foods and ingredients they cannot cut or unsuitable for cutting. This series of knives are used to cut for that kind of foods. We support your daily cooking with this series.
We prepared for special slicers for bread and ham, salmon slicer with dimples to cut greasy salmon or meat, frozen food knife with serrated edge just like saw to cut semi-frozen foods, big almighty knife to cut a big watermelon or a sheet of rice cake and shaping (carving) knife for carving foods or ice.
We studied the ease of use for each purpose and you will see how nice they are.
We never compromise on the sharpness and also selected stainless steel that has corrosion resistance and easiness to care at the same time as the material, considering the costs for purchasing and also we do different finishing depending on each kind.
Also the handles are designed considering the cost and durability reflecting many of requirements in the structures as well.
This series will work as your supporting role but we are sure they will be your essentials.
Sticking to sharpness, the edge satisfies even professionals. We have more than 5 manufacturing process for edging on this series and are willing to spend a lot of time. Usually, durability is required for business-use, however, “Tojiro” have been pursuing the sharpness and studying edging and structure of a blade for a long time. This is one of a reason that many professionals use “Tojiro” as their favorite knife all over the world.
